1.2. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any other policies and guidelines set forth on our website.

1.3. My Mac reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to stay informed of any changes.

2. Services Offered

2.1. My Mac offers repair services for devices such as iPhones, MacBooks, laptops, iPads, iWatches, PCs, desktops, AC units, and CCTV cameras.

2.2. We provide free diagnosis, repair services, and replacements using genuine parts. The “No Fix, No Fees” policy applies if we cannot repair your device.

2.3. Our services are available across Noida, Delhi, Chandigarh, and Gurgaon.

3. Warranty

3.1. All repairs come with a three-month warranty, which covers the parts replaced but does not include labor.

3.2. The warranty is only applicable to the parts replaced or services provided by My Mac and does not cover any physical damage, water damage, or additional issues arising after the repair.

3.3. The warranty is void if the device is tampered with or repaired by any other service provider after receiving service from My Mac.

4. No Fix, No Fees Policy

4.1. Under the “No Fix, No Fees” policy, you will not be charged if we are unable to repair your device.

4.2. This policy applies only to repair services and does not include diagnostic or consultation services.

5. Payment and Pricing

5.1. Payment for services must be made upon completion of the repair. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online payments.

5.2. All prices for services and parts are subject to change without prior notice. However, we will inform you of any price changes before commencing the repair.

5.3. Fees paid for the repair services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or any subsequent issues.

6. Free Diagnosis and Estimates

6.1. My Mac offers a free diagnosis service to identify the issue with your device. However, this service does not cover any repairs or replacements.

6.2. We will provide an estimate for the repair cost based on the diagnosis, and you will have the option to approve or decline the repair service.

7. Device Handling and Liability

7.1. My Mac takes utmost care in handling your device during the repair process. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage or data loss that may occur during the repair.

7.2. We recommend that you back up your data before submitting your device for repair, as My Mac is not responsible for any data loss. No responsibility for data will be assumed after 15 days from the date of repair completion.

7.3. Devices left unclaimed for more than 15 days after the repair will no longer be the responsibility of My Mac, and we reserve the right to dispose of them as per company policy.

8. Doorstep Pickup and Drop-off Services

8.1. We offer doorstep pickup and drop-off services across Noida, Delhi, Chandigarh, and Gurgaon. These services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

8.2. My Mac is not responsible for any delays or damages that occur during transportation.

9. Customer Responsibilities

9.1. Customers must provide accurate information about their device and the issues they are facing.

9.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to remove any SIM cards, memory cards, or accessories before submitting their device for repair. My Mac is not responsible for any lost or damaged accessories.

10. Data Privacy

10.1. My Mac respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law.

10.2. Any data collected during the repair process will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

11.1. You may cancel your repair request at any time before the repair process begins.

11.2. Refunds will not be provided once the repair service has been completed, except in cases where the repair is covered under the warranty period.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. My Mac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or device malfunction.

12.2. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the repair service.

13. Governing Law and Legal Action

13.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh High Court.

13.2. If any legal action is required due to non-compliance with these Terms & Conditions or disputes over services, My Mac reserves the right to take legal action in the Chandigarh High Court.
